The TRB/PPP project

An initiative born in 2023, anchored in SND30

Organising a triennial Round Table of Donors and Partners of the PPP Programme (TRB/PPP) appeared, as soon as SND30 was adopted, as the materialisation of Cameroon's 2020-2030 vision and the means to mobilise the large-scale financing required for the structural transformation of the economy.

The initiative is based on a four-pillar PPP programme jointly developed by MINEPAT and CARPA: identify projects that can be delivered as PPPs, analyse their maturation and finance the studies, train and strengthen technical, financial and human capacities, and consolidate technical support for closing PPP contracts.

CARPA's cooperation with the multi-country PPP facility of the French Development Agency has been decisive in supporting the deployment of sustainable, profitable PPP projects attractive to international investors.
